The founding Partner and Lead Designer, Muhammad Safwan comes from a long family tradition of architects. After graduating from Aleppo University, Muhammad joined his parent’s architecture firm, and in 2015, formed his own firm ARCODE – Architecture Code with co-founder Muhammad Ali Al said.

He graduated from University of Alexandria with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. he worked for numerous international companies on large-scale projects in both architecture and interior design. In 2015, Muhammad Ali launched Arcode Interiors in Dubai. Today it has expanded its operations to cover all emirates, and is considered one of the leading operations in the UAE with global recognition. Muhammad Ali is regionally recognized as an architecture and interiors expert, with a deep-rooted understanding of the UAE culture and experience in contemporary aesthetics.
Business Development Manager
Deadline-focused engineering Architect with 10+ years of experience in Construction, Architectural Designs and identifying potential performance in the development of new products and Designs. She has flexible ability to adapt with the new roles of the projects, in addition to precise multi-tasking orientation. Now Hanva plays an active role in Arcode group and is handling her activities very professionally as Business Development Manager
Coordination Project Manager
Had her master degree in Business administration operation orientation from Damascus university. She has 12 years of experience in local & international projects, also she is an expert in project delivery and project management to achieve customer satisfaction. She is glad to be in the team of ARCODE and with her strong managerial skills, she has established a great team for the company.
Head of Engineering Department
She joined Arcode group at 2015 with more than 20 years of professional experience in Architectural drawing and quantity surveying. She gained that experience during her dedicated work at several public and private companies between UAE and Syria. Now she is the Head of Engineering Department
Senior HR Assistant
After obtaining Bachelor degree in Computer Science from University of Philippines, Joly began her career as an Account Administrator in Banking field. There she developed her skills in client relations and administration and was able to redirect her experience towards internal organization affairs. Since joining Arcode in 2015 up to date Joly is successfully supporting core operations of Arcode in HR department and contributes to Arcode's employee’s well-being.
Brand Manger
After graduating from Damascus University faculty of architecture. He started his career as architectural engineer in Construction company. There He involved in several architectural projects and was able to redirect his experience towards the International Interior Design. He joined ARCODE team at 2018 and now he is the Head of Design Department.
