Mohammad Ali Abozeid Elsaid, the Founder and Principal Partner of Arcode Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Alexandria University. Mohammad Ali gained extensive experience working with several international firms, participating in large-scale projects across both architecture and interior design fields. In 2016, he co-founded Arcode Interior Design Works LLC, with Founding Partner Mohammad Safwan Tahhan.

Hanwa is an accomplished Architect with over a decade of experience in the construction and architectural design fields. Demonstrating exceptional flexibility, Hanwa quickly adapts to evolving project roles. This is complemented by her proven capacity for accurate directional guidance and effective multi-task management. Currently, Hanwa plays a pivotal and active role at Arcode Group, professionally managing her responsibilities as the Design Manager.

Holding a Master's degree in Operations Management from Damascus University, Rafah Nayyal brings over 14 years of international and local project management experience. She specializes in expert project delivery and effective team leadership, guaranteeing superior client satisfaction. Rafah utilizes her strong managerial skills to play a pivotal role within ARCODE, where she has successfully established a high-performing and effective team.

Maha joined Arcode Group in 2016, bringing with her over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of architectural drafting and quantity surveying (Quantity Take-offs). She acquired this extensive expertise through dedicated work in several public and private sector companies across the UAE and Syria. Maha currently holds a leadership role at Arcode Group, serving as the Head of the Technical Drawing Department.

Civil Engineer & Project Manager
Abdullah is a highly qualified Civil Engineer and Project Manager responsible for the planning and execution of both civil and fit-out projects. He holds a strong academic background (BCE, MBA, PMP) and is complemented by G+ Unlimited accreditation from Dubai Municipality (DM). Abdullah specializes in efficiently managing the entire project lifecycle, from site assessment to final delivery. He consistently ensures projects meet stringent quality, budget, and schedule requirements, serving as the essential liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
Architect & 3D Visualizer
An Architect and 3D Designer, Ahmed expertly combines his architectural foundation with strong technical skills in 3ds Max. He excels at collaborating closely with project teams to accurately model and visualize complex designs, consistently delivering high-quality, detailed animations and photorealistic visualizations that are instrumental in securing client approval and streamlining the design process.
Financial Manager
Furqan Inayat holds nine years of local and international experience across the GCC and Middle East markets. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from a university in Pakistan in 2010. Following six years spent working in the banking sector, he joined the Arcode Group as the Financial Manager. Furqan actively contributes to the company's growth in line with his role, and he believes his tenure at Arcode Group has brought a new and distinguished level of expertise to his professional career.
